A few history suggestions...
How the Irish Saved Civilization by Thomas Cahill
The Wives of Henry VIII by Antonia Frasher
and
Western Europe in the Middle Ages 300-1475 by Brian Tierney and Sidney Painter (a bit hard to find, but the classic book for Medieval history).
As I was doing this meme I thought... I bet Stacy has read almost all of these books! I'm not suprised most of the list has been read by you at all.
I don't think I have any to recommend ...I'm pretty sure you've read all I'd suggest to you!

you've read Anne Rice's book about Christ Out of Egypt (or whatever it's called) right? I read that and REALLY enjoyed it. I wondered what you thought of it. I'm making a concerted effort now to start reading from the Methodist daily devotional called "Upper Room" and at least read one Bible verse each morning with breakfast before I leave for work, but I'm also interested in reading more biblical commentaries as well. Jason has promised to help me select commentaries that are really well researched (he's done a lot of biblical study over the years), but I'd be interested in you or anyone who reads your blog has recommendations about biblical commentary as well. Maybe you could make a post about it to get input from your readers?
